We are currently seeking a Recruiter for our Calgary office.  This position requires an outgoing personality, a can-do attitude, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM 

Location:  In Office - 619 B 36 Avenue NE, Calgary, AB T2E 2L8 

Job Description:

• Full cycle recruitment; posting jobs, sourcing, screening, pre-employment screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.
• Negotiating job offers, contract terms, and other employment related conditions.
• Developing job descriptions, advertisements, and other related documents
• Prepare and write candidate profiles and present to prospective client
• Hiring for all positions including temporary, contract and/or permanent
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage applicant database to track applicants, review resumes, and move candidates through hiring pipeline.
• Attend and participate in events for networking and business development.

Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years full-cycle recruitment experience with strong staffing and/or customer service experience
• Previous involvement with Indigenous organizations and communities is an asset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to build and strong relationships with people at all levels of an organization
• Must be authorized to legally work in Canada
• Positive working attitude with exceptional organizational and leadership skills
