Our well established client is seeking a Market Training Manager to work remotely in Canada.

The successful candidate for this role will demonstrate a high sense of personal accountability and ownership for the execution of their duties.

Role Description:

Our Client seeks a Market Training Manager with experience in digital marketing and communications to assist with a long-term project.

The training manager will work with a global team on a major global initiative to plan, create, and deliver trainings activities during the project.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key influencer in shaping Global’s digital marketing agenda and priorities, along with leading the delivery of a cutting-edge and market-leading approach across the network.

The training manager will sit within the Global Brand function, in the Global Digital Experience organization, and report into the Digital Products, Platforms, & Adoption Product Management team.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be expected to:

  • Support the Change & Adoption Manager in identifying, documenting, and training the community of internal stakeholders
  • Plan, create, and deliver trainings as assigned by the Change & Adoption team related to the rollout of new features and enhancements for the website.
  • Review existing documentation and training materials, update materials as needed. Update existing training materials with new screenshots and guidance from subject matter experts
  • Support the team in maintaining strong relationships with Digital Marketing teams across the network. Engage with, influence, and shape their digital agendas.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with Global professionals and digital marketing teams across the global network.
  • Foster and demonstrate a change and adoption strategy inclusive of creating opportunity, serving others, building trust, innovation, and exceeding expectations.
  • Respond proactively to both business and project issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Support the creation of documentation and training materials as needed.
  • Post on knowledge sharing and team collaboration sites.

Technical skills:

  • Strong communications skills - excellent writing and editing skills, with confident presentation skills
  • Strong executive presence
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills; confidence in providing insights and recommendations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – particularly in PowerPoint and Excel – with the ability to create high quality and impactful deliverables
  • Ability to edit videos as required is good to have

Personal attributes and experience:

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, persuasive and proactive attitude with strong influencing skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-cultural teams; strong appreciation for cultural differences and ability to adapt approaches as required
  • Ability to work and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often deadline driven environment, with a practical and pragmatic approach to delivery

Qualifications:

  • Education (degree): BA or BS; Advanced degree preferred    
  • Other (Explain): Relevant experience working in professional services organizations
  • Years of Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced or large global environment
