Recruitment Coordinator 

We are looking for a dedicated recruitment coordinator to work with our recruitment team to attract, hire, and onboard employees for our company and clients. The recruitment coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of the agency recruitment, hiring, and onboarding / offboarding process.

A successful recruitment coordinator should be well-versed in the recruitment process as well as relevant employment legislation. You should further be organized and have excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Post job requirements on job boards and social media outlets
  • Schedule interviews, reference checks, and coordinate background screening
  • Entry of information into ATS / CRM system
  • Interface with hiring managers and work with client ERP systems
  • New hire packages and onboarding / offboarding process
  • Initiate contractor rate reviews, extensions, and adjustments   
  • Assist with internal and external reporting (KPI’s)

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in and knowledge of recruitment process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with MS Office, Adobe
