Our large and well-established professional services client is looking for an experienced Mailroom and Copy Centre Clerk, Field Support to join their team at various Downtown Firms in Vancouver, BC

Are you ready to take on the role of Mailroom and Copy Centre Clerk? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where you can use your collaboration skills to support a client firm? This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, and we are looking for someone with strong work ethic, awesome client support experience and excellent communication skills. Experience working with Indigenous Peoples of Canada is considered an asset, and First Nation, Métis, and Inuit people are encouraged to apply.

You will use your expertise to:

  • Sort and distribute of mail and office supplies, including interoffice, couriers and overnight mail
  • Deliver mail and complete printing projects throughout the customer’s site
  • Coordinate and prepare projects for printing, including electronic file conversion, document scanning and enhancement from start to delivery
  • Download jobs from email or print queue, sizing, reproducing, sorting and finishing
  • Establish and maintain quality controls to ensure work accuracy
  • Respond to first level phone calls from end users of equipment to determine the problem, clear paper jams, run test copies and determine status of machines
  • Provide scheduled trips to all machines to conduct cleaning of glass, toner replacement, stocking paper and general cleanness of work space
  • Data entry & Running reports
  • Keep logs of downtime, repairs and meter charges of all copiers/printers on site
  • Other duties as required


  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a mail room or copy center
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • If this position is classified as safety risk sensitive, you must also be able to pass pre-access drug & alcohol testing.
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Authorized to legally work in Canada (eligible to work in the country for the duration of the assignment)


  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships
  • Strong self-motivation to drive results
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift 30+lbs. if necessary
  • Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
