Our large and well-established professional services client is looking for an experienced Office Services Clerk, to join their team at various Downtown Firms in Calgary, AB

This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, and we are looking for someone with strong work ethic, awesome client support experience and excellent communication skills. Experience working with Indigenous Peoples of Canada is considered an asset, and First Nation, Métis, and Inuit people are encouraged to apply.

You will use your expertise to:


  • Copy Centre -printing, scanning & copying as requested by client
  • Mailroom services-sorting & delivery of incoming mail  & internal mail
  • Courier services-receiving, shipping and tracking of all client courier packages with timely delivery of courier packages from services to the assistant’s work stations
  • Hospitality services-Providing all client (internal or external) meetings with food (catered) and beverages, as well as managing kitchen supply stock for boardrooms
  • Office supplies management-ordering office supplies as well as maintaining appropriate par levels
  • Reception Coverage-possible coverage of receptionist’s lunch as well as final hour of the day
  • The hours will be from 8:30-5:30.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 6 months or more of experience working in a mail room or copy center
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • If this position is classified as safety risk sensitive, you must also be able to pass pre-access drug & alcohol testing.
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Authorized to legally work in Canada (eligible to work in the country for the duration of the assignment)


  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships
  • Strong self-motivation to drive results
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift 30+lbs. if necessary
  • Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
