Key Responsibilities: 
As a Scaled Agile Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of agile projects within the Global Content Product Group supporting knowledge management solutions and tools. Your primary focus will be on driving the software deliveries and helping improve software delivery processes to enable effect project execution. You will manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, testers, vendors, and stakeholders, to facilitate communication, remove obstacles, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services. Specific focus areas include:
  • Strong experience and understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban). Practical application of Agile practices in project management and delivery. Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of projects. Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Experience in managing diverse and distributed teams. Experience in end-to-end delivery management, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of resources and activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery. This includes managing dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations. Proficiency in using Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or Confluence for tracking progress, managing backlogs, and facilitating team collaboration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and manage stakeholders at various levels, including business sponsors, product owners, developers and business users. Experience in coaching and guiding teams in Agile practices, and facilitating Agile events (e.g., daily standups, PI planning, sprint planning, retrospectives). Ability to identify and mitigate risks in Agile projects, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure project success while managing scope and delivery constraints. Agile certifications such as SAFe Agilist and/or Certified Scrum Master are required.
Work you’ll do:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to agile principles, methodologies, and best practices. Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and track key performance indicators to ensure successful project delivery. 
  • Build and lead high-performing agile teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Facilitate team activities such as program increment planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Provide guidance and coaching to team members on agile practices and methodologies. Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including product owners and business sponsors, to define project scope, prioritize deliverables, and manage expectations. Act as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals. 
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Proactively identify potential roadblocks and work with the team to develop contingency plans. Monitor project dependencies and ensure timely resolution of any issues that may impact delivery. 
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and implementing agile best practices. Encourage a culture of learning and experimentation, fostering innovation and efficiency in project delivery. 
  • Establish and maintain project metrics to track project progress, team performance, and overall project health. Prepare regular status reports and present project updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies. 

Qualifications:
  • Foundational skills:  7+ years of professional experience in IT project management / Agile project delivery.
  • Experience leading Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) delivery at an enterprise level.
  • Education: Bachelors in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Agile certification required.
  • PMP certification preferred
