Our well established client is seeking (6) Quality Control (QC) Assistant's in Toronto area.

Job Requirements: 

Client Management Office – Quality Control (QC) Assistant

  • Perform final quality control verifications of personal Canadian and US tax return deliverables for our clients
  • Liaise with tax return assemblers in the event of missing/incomplete documents to finalize the quality control checks
  • Deliver the final Canadian and US tax returns, forms and cover letters to our clients, primarily in electronic format
  • Assistance with ad hoc administrative support for the tax return compliance process as required. Such duties may include:
  • Internal communication – liaise with client's internal offices, including client lead office(s), on basic client matters
  • Financial management – prepare initial draft of invoices
  • Maintain client records in various databases. Includes tracking and saving of correspondence received from the tax authorities
  • Reporting – create ad hoc reports


  • Excellent time management skills and demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Discreet, available, autonomous and self-starter
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant is an asset
