Spirit Omega is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Calgary, AB.

Our ideal candidate is a recruiting superstar, known for your experience and ability to recruit in high volumes for Professional Administration Placements


  • Work on a variety of roles for our clients, placing professional office administrators
  • Respond to job orders within set deadlines, meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators
  • Assess position requirements/qualifications and source appropriate candidates
  • Develop appealing candidate profiles, highlighting relevant qualifications and skills
  • Submit candidates in a variety of VMS systems per client requirements
  • Maintain relationships with candidates in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Assist with contract administration
  • Attend quarterly client meetings, reporting on issues and trends
  • Proactively prepare and track key performance indicators for Organization and Clients
  • Prepare reports as required
  • Other duties as required


To succeed in this role, you MUST be competent, smart, a responsible self-starter, with high attention to detail.

  • Post Secondary Education would be an asset
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience within the staffing industry
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities and Diversity would be an asset
  • Excellent communication & decision-making skills to build strong relationships with individuals and clients
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Vendor Management Systems (Beeline, FieldGlass)
  • Experience using job posting applications such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Instagram
  • Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines as required
