Our well established client is seeking a Market Engagement Manager to work remotely in Canada.

Role Description:

Our Client seeks a Market Engagement Manager with experience in digital marketing and communications to assist with a long-term project.

The Market Engagement Manager will work with a global team on a major global initiative to plan, create, and deliver internal Change & Adoption activities during the project. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key influencer in shaping digital marketing agenda and priorities, along with leading the delivery of a cutting-edge and market-leading approach across the network.

The Market Engagement Manager will sit within the Global Brand function, in the Global Digital Experience organization, and report into the Digital Products, Platforms, & Adoption Product Management team.


The candidate will be expected to:

  • Support the Change & Adoption Manager in identifying, documenting, and tracking community engagement priorities and communications (internal audience).
  • Plan, create, and deliver internal community engagement and comms activities as assigned by the Change & Adoption team related to the rollout of new features and enhancements for the .com platform.
  • Coordinate and deliver tasks set out in the change management plan such as producing deliverables in line with the project timeline, conducting change impact assessments at the process and sub-process level, and monitoring dependencies and risks associated with change management activities.
  • Manage and monitor the progress of projects by tracking activity, resolving issues, and recommending actions; Provide regular updates on deliverable timeline and project status; Evaluate and track adoption and readiness.
  • Support the team in maintaining strong relationships with digital marketing teams across the network. Engage with, influence, and shape their digital agendas.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with Global professionals and digital marketing teams across the global network.
  • Respond proactively to both business and project issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Support the creation of documentation and training materials as needed.
  • Post on knowledge sharing and team collaboration sites.
  • Foster and demonstrate a change and adoption strategy inclusive of creating opportunity, serving others, building trust, innovation, and exceeding expectations.

Technical skills:

  • Strong communications skills - excellent writing and editing skills, with confident presentation skills
  • Strong executive presence
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills; confidence in providing insights and recommendations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – particularly in PowerPoint and Excel – with the ability to create high quality and impactful deliverables

Personal attributes and experience:

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, persuasive, and proactive attitude with strong influencing skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-cultural teams; strong appreciation for cultural differences and ability to adapt approaches as required

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, and work collaboratively with and through others

  • Education (degree): BA or BS; Advanced degree preferred    
  • Other (Explain): Relevant experience working in professional services organizations
  • Years of Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced or large global environment
