Key Responsibilities: Enters and updates information into computer programs or databases. Assesses files to determine what information needs to be entered and the appropriate location for entry. Prepares source data for entry by compiling and sorting information and establishes entry priorities. Follows verbal and written instructions. Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Works with moderate work direction and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving. Able to manage, train and mentor other office staff, lead projects, handle confidential and sensitive data. The nature of the job is generally creating rather than maintaining and developing rather than monitoring.
Typing, attention to detail, 10-key number entry
Gather metadata from files within LAN folders to transfer to excel workbook and/or database
Collaborate with subject matter experts to support decisions made on tasks
Update controlled binders and manuals
Print and compile updates to controlled binders and manuals
Process updates to controlled forms
Data entry – enter new requests
Support Verification & Validation (V&Vs) on controlled binders, manuals and drawings
Follow ups on outstanding drawing and document update requests (TRs and DRFTs)
Close drawing and document update requests (TRs and DRFTs) in SharePoint
Plot drawings
Support Stick filing - update hanging sticks with controlled drawings
Reporting – Quarterly Status reports, Process & Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID) Reports
Support Process & Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID) distribution
