Global Contracts Manager


​Job Summary

  • ​Manage the global relationship with an assigned or a group of local suppliers. Being the main contact to maintain supplier relationships

Key Responsibilities

  • Set performance objectives with suppliers (cost reduction, lead time reduction, quality improvement)
  • Monitors and records progress for each assigned supplier.
  • Reviews and consolidates internal demand provided by the centers and arbitrates issues.
  • Prepares and negotiates in accordance to group interests.
  • Leads supplier risk assessments and ensures regular
  • Participates in internal and supplier audits under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager/Geomkt.
  • Identify opportunities and implements actions to continually  reduce wasted resources.
  • Employees may be assigned other duties in addition to, or in lieu of those described above.


  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Manufacturing
  • Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain.

  • High collaboration with others-Managing change-Negotiating-Presentation
  • Must have good leadership and management skills
  • Must be analytical and structured and be able to influence change
  • Performance management capability.
