A great opportunity exists for Administrators who are looking for casual part-time work with a variety of great companies.
We are looking for administrators to help provide temporary staff for a number of our clients within Calgary and the surrounding areas. You will need to be professional, adaptable and highly motivated within any environment. You should be experienced within a general office environment and MS Office Suite. The typical duties can range from data entry to filing, and reception to executive support!

Key requirements needed:
1+ years working within an administrative or support role
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to pick up new systems and databases quickly
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional presentation while providing exceptional customer service
Has strong attention to details while keeping a high level of accuracy
Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
Strong interpersonal skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP
Sharepoint or Livelink knowledge
Previous experience in government and law will be given preference
